Each vehicle is hand crafted by off road professionals, using the latest CAD technology in software design. Technicians and design team at X-rail power sports have over 50 years experience combined when comes to vehicle design and fabrication.
Key elements of this vehicle are the frame, suspension, safety components and drive line. Not one item has been over looked while designing the X-rail product line. Keeping the rider safe was the main goal in designing the frame, at the same time maximizing performance and comfort. All the X-rail models are fitted with Corbeau racing seats and Deist Belt Harnesses that are 5 point with quick release race setups.
Suspension is where the vehicle really shines with full front and back independent suspension giving more stock ground clearance then any other vehicle in its class. The suspension on the X-rail is what you would expect to find on a much more expensive vehicle.
We created a machine that can adapt to all types of terrain with an engine that can do just the same. The power plant on the X-rail is an outstanding 1000cc 4 stroke Kohler V twin, wich reaches speeds excess of 60mph leaving the competition in the dust. Gearing is set so you have instant power at all rpm levels with plenty of hill climbing torque. The X-rails come fully automatic with forward neutral and reverse gearing. While combining the Kohler engine with the X-rail chassis, we instantly found a match! The power and torque are simply amazing! The best part is the engine is very simple and user friendly. .
